Which decisions can be appealed using a constitutional complaint?

Constitutional complaints are in principle admissible against all acts of public authority. However, since it is usually first necessary to take action in the relevant specialized courts against official acts, the constitutional complaint is ultimately filed against the final judgment of the last instance. Only in very special cases, a constitutional complaint against a passed law can be raised directly.
