How long does it take for the Federal Consitutional Court to decide?

This cannot be predicted. Some decisions are made within a few months, others take years. At least, 90 % of all constitutional complaints are settled within two years.

For urgent proceedings there is the possibility for an emergency appeal to get a preliminary judgment. Unfortunately, such a motion is rarely successful.
